Lead User Experience Designer

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our products, ensuring that they are intuitive, easy to use and meet the needs of our customers. Key responsibilities include conducting user research, defining and creating design artefacts, illustrating user journeys and information architecture, working embedded in cross-functional product development teams and collaborating with areas of the business to assess the feasibility of ideas.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience as a UI/UX designer
  • Proven track record of delivering successful UX projects
  • Strong understanding of human-centred design principles and methodologies
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
