Senior User Experience Designer

We're seeking a seasoned UX Designer to lead our product's user experience strategy.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in fintech, SaaS, or product-led businesses and a strong portfolio showcasing their work. Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent), usability tools, and modern design systems is also required.
- This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to turn complex workflows into elegant, easy-to-use designs across multiple touchpoints.
- Design end-to-end user experiences, from discovery to high-fidelity prototypes.
- Translate business requirements into thoughtful and scalable user journeys.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and interpret feedback to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design intent is carried through to build.
- Develop and maintain a design system, ensuring consistency across web and mobile platforms.
- Create artefacts like user flows, journey maps, and interaction models to communicate ideas clearly.
- 5+ years of UX/UI experience, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or product-led businesses.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
- Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent), usability tools, and modern design systems.
- Ability to balance user needs with business goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills – able to confidently present ideas to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design best practices.
