Job Description

The role of the Desktop Network EUC IT Support Specialist is to provide technical support and assistance to users with desktop and network issues within an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Maintain and update desktop operating systems, applications, and drivers.
  • Configure and troubleshoot wired and wireless networks.
  • Implement and maintain active directory policies and user accounts.
  • Perform hardware installations, upgrades, and repairs.
  • Monitor and diagnose network connectivity issues.
  • Manage and resolve user requests for IT support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient in troubleshooting desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS).
  • Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Experience with wireless technologies (WiFi, Bluetooth).
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and user management.
  • Understanding of hardware components and peripherals.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
