The Desktop Network EUC IT Support provides technical support and assistance to users with desktop and network issues within an enterprise environment. The primary objective is to ensure seamless functionality of desktop devices and network connectivity, providing a reliable and productive workspace for users.

2. Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting and resolving desktop hardware, software, and network problems

Providing technical support via phone, email, or in-person

Maintaining and updating desktop operating systems, applications, and drivers

Configuring and troubleshooting wired and wireless networks

Implementing and maintaining active directory policies and user accounts

Performing hardware installations, upgrades, and repairs

Monitoring and diagnosing network connectivity issues

Managing and resolving user requests for IT support

3. Technical Skills:

Proficient in troubleshooting desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS)

Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

Experience with wireless technologies (WiFi, Bluetooth)

Familiarity with Active Directory and user management

Understanding of hardware components and peripherals

Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills

4. Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

2-4 years of experience in desktop support or a related field

CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification

5. Skills & Experience:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills

Proficiency in using desktop support tools and diagnostic software

Experience with laptop support, hardware implementation, and operating system deployments
