Job Title: Electrical Estimator Leader

This is a key leadership role responsible for preparing accurate and timely submissions while supporting strategic growth through mentoring, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Interpret and analyse detailed drawings, specifications, and technical documents to produce comprehensive and accurate estimates
  • Develop costings for materials, labour, and equipment in line with project scope and budget expectations
  • Lead the preparation of tenders and quotations, ensuring consistency with pricing strategies and profitability targets
  • Engage with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to identify cost-effective solutions and ensure alignment across all estimating activities
  • Identify and assess project risks, incorporating them into estimates and mitigation strategies
  • Oversee and manage the Quote Register, including follow-ups and conversion tracking
  • Conduct post-project reviews and cost analysis to enhance estimating accuracy and project delivery outcomes

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating, strong technical knowledge of low voltage switchboard construction, and exceptional communication skills.

We are looking for a highly organised individual with a solid grasp of commercial and financial principles, who can manage multiple tenders and deliver results within tight timeframes.
