  We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead our efforts in creating real-world opportunities for young adults with disability. This role will drive strategic leadership and hands-on delivery, ensuring every participant has the support, tools, and connections they need to thrive in open employment, further education, and community life.

  • Job Coach - Dedicated Partnership: You will work closely with participants to prepare them for, secure, and sustain meaningful employment. Your dedication and expertise will make a tangible difference in their lives.
  • Connector & Innovator: With deep knowledge of our programs and participant needs, you will create and implement experiences that enhance learning, putting theory into practice.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role for someone who thrives on variety, has excellent administrative and communication skills, and can juggle multiple stakeholders while delivering measurable impact.

About This Role:

  • Strong Knowledge Base: You possess a strong understanding of disability and/or employment services, with experience in DES, IEA, or related reforms being highly desirable.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: You excel in engaging confidently with multiple stakeholders, keeping them informed and involved throughout the process.
  • Employment Expertise: Your experience in employment, job coaching, vocational training, or community engagement will be invaluable in this role.
  • Leadership Skills: You have demonstrated leadership skills, ready to build and lead a future team.
  • Autonomy and Initiative: You are self-motivated, able to work autonomously, and exhibit initiative in driving results.

Requirements:

  • Driver's Licence and Vehicle: Travel to worksites and community organisations is required.
