  • Lead and manage a team of 5 officers responsible for investigating complaints under the Planning Scheme and Building Act.
  • Support the manager in overseeing the team, providing guidance and direction in investigations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and workflows to ensure efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold our client's vision of creating a sustainable and inclusive community.
