Job Overview

The Platform Lead will oversee the integration platform and remain hands-on with code.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and optimize our integration platform and core applications.
  • Work hands-on with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, API Management, Cosmos DB, and other cloud services.
  • Define and implement modern integration patterns (synchronous / asynchronous, pub / sub, request / response).

  • Partner with vendors and stakeholders to deliver high-impact platform initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Strong technical expertise in Azure services and cloud-native architecture.
  • Experience applying integration design patterns (point-to-point, hub-and-spoke, loose coupling, idempotency).
  • Hands-on background in microservices, APIs, and event-driven systems.
  • Proven ability to integrate legacy on-premises systems with cloud platforms.
  • Proficiency in modern development stacks (C#, .NET, Java, Node.js, or similar).
  • Solid CI / CD, Dev Ops, and containerization skills (Azure Dev Ops, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.
