About the Role

As a Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to individuals with disabilities in the Northern Beaches area. Your role will involve developing and implementing personalized plans to help clients achieve their goals and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily living, personal care, domestic tasks, transport, and community access for clients.
  • Assist with appointments, social activities, outings, and building community connections.
  • Work across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays, with flexibility required.
Requirements
  • Valid Australian driver's licence.
  • Own vehicle and comprehensive car insurance.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
  • First Aid & CPR certificates.
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain.
What We're Looking For
  • Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with manual handling, high-care support, and challenging behaviours.
  • Prior experience as a Disability Support Worker or AIN.
