Claims Officer

As a Claims Officer, you will play a key role in managing claims-related administration and customer-service activities. You will be responsible for accurate and timely payment of accounts, registration of claims and early notifications, efficient management of customer claims administration, mail, phone enquiries and file management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate and timely payment of accounts
- Registration of claims and early notifications
- Efficient management of customer claims administration, mail, phone enquiries and file management
