Job Title: Skilled Trades Assistant

Maintaining a strong focus on safety, customer satisfaction, and quality output, we are seeking an experienced tradesperson with a background in heavy engineering or manufacturing to support our team in the Illawarra region.

You will be working in a dynamic, flexible environment supporting our skilled tradespeople in the delivery of new and refurbished components. Duties will include movement of materials and equipment, crane lifts, rigging, and general labour support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional safety standards and maintaining a safe work environment
  • Collaborating with our skilled tradespeople to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Supporting the movement of materials and equipment as required
  • Ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively

Requirements for this role include:

  • A commitment to safety, customer focus, and quality
  • Relevant industry experience and qualifications (Forklift HRW Licence, Dogging HRW Licence)
  • The ability to work overtime as required

Desirable skills and qualifications include Rigging HRW Licence and Crane Driving (CB) HRW Licence. We can offer above-award pay and conditions, including Income Protection coverage.
