Incident Recovery Specialist

Job Summary
A high-impact professional is required to safeguard critical technology services, lead the response to priority incidents, and drive rapid recovery.
Key Responsibilities
Leads recovery activities during disasters and critical incidents, ensuring timely restoration of critical services.
Drives post-incident problem management to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Plans, coordinates, and runs disaster recovery and scenario exercises to validate service continuity.
Supports the delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of disaster recovery and technology continuity policies and practices.
Partners with cross-functional teams, providing continuity and incident management expertise to align operational practices with risk objectives.
Requirements
- Broad experience in Incident, Problem, and Service Continuity Management (ITSCM), with at least 5 years in Major Incident Management and ITSM.
- Proven ability to coordinate technical and business resources to resolve complex issues efficiently.
- ITIL V3/4 Foundations certification or equivalent practical ITSCM experience; strong familiarity with ITSM tools.
- Ability to command under pressure, prioritise conflicting demands, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
