This is a Customer Service Representative opportunity to take your customer service skills to the next level. You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, meeting both customer and company expectations.

The main objective of the role is to service the needs of a broad customer base throughout the allocated region, predominantly major mining customers as well as large and medium-sized contractors and construction companies in all parts sales and enquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service the needs of the broad customer base throughout the allocated region.
  • Deliver exceptional service to customers, meeting both customer and company expectations.
  • Prior parts sales experience is highly regarded, but not essential.
  • Mechanical trade background is advantageous, but not necessary.
Requirements
  • Exemplary customer service skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills for front-line customer support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Hold a current driver's licence.
