Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work with us in a fast-paced claims management portfolio, providing high-quality customer service to internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and identify benefits for customers and clients, ensuring a fair and appropriate outcome.
  • Determine benefits in line with legislative requirements, including the Return To Work Act 2014.
  • Review claims to determine if a benefit exists, and ensure outcomes are effectively communicated and actioned within specified timeframes.
Requirements:
  • Previous Workers Compensation / Claims Management experience.
  • A strong sense of accountability, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Exceptional decision-making skills with the ability to critically analyze information available.
