Medical Administration Leader

We are seeking an experienced Medical Administration Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of the administrative team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the day-to-day operations of the department.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical administration, with experience in supervising teams and implementing process improvements. You will be a strategic thinker, able to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing procedures and protocols to improve efficiency and productivity
- Mentoring and coaching team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Providing excellent customer service to patients and staff
- Collaborating with other departments to achieve business objectives
About the Role

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in medical administration, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
