We are seeking an Australian Aboriginal graduate to join our team as a Graduate Project Officer. This two-year fixed term contract offers a competitive salary of $73,386 per annum, plus 17% superannuation.
About the UniversityThe University of South Australia is committed to improving education and employment opportunities for Australian Aboriginal Peoples. Our Reconciliation Action Plan guides our efforts to advance reconciliation across the organisation and create a culturally safe workplace.
Our goal is to have at least 3% of our workforce comprise Australian Aboriginal staff members. We offer professional development opportunities, flexible working conditions, and employee assistance programs to support our Aboriginal staff.
About the ProgramThis program provides Aboriginal graduates with the opportunity to gain a broad range of business experiences, develop diverse skills, and build their professional profile. You will participate in rotations across different areas of the university, developing your skills and exploring different areas of interest.
You will be part of a dynamic work environment, working closely with fellow graduates and the Aboriginal Staff Network. Our program aims to foster a sense of community and connection among participants.
