Education Support Professional

As an Education Support Professional, you will be dedicated to providing children with a strong foundation for their educational journey.

The role involves maintaining a safe and supportive environment for children, families, and colleagues. This includes complying with National Quality Standards (NQS) and ensuring that all activities are aligned with the centre's goals and objectives.

  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children and colleagues
  • Support the development of education programs in the room and the centre team
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing support to the education program in a childcare centre
  • Building strong relationships with children and families
  • Contributing to a professional and positive work culture

To be eligible for this role, you must have:

  • Willingness and motivation to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care
  • Permanent right to work in Australia
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • Flexible availability
  • Interest in early years education
  • Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain one)
  • Proof of immunisation against Measles, Mumps and Rubella and Whooping Cough (Pertussis)(or willing to receive)
