Job Overview

As a dedicated coordinator, you will lead the operation of an effective and caring environment at our Outside School Hours Care service.

Our organization has grown to include 6 Early Learning Centres, 9 Kindergartens, and 14 Outside School Hours Care centres.

About the Position

This is an opportunity for someone eager to lead and manage the operation of our Outside School Hours Care services in Bowen.

You will play a key role in guiding the development of the service to meet local needs, while upholding the Mission, Vision, and Values.

You will join a supportive environment and have the opportunity to manage and mentor a team of Assistants while guiding the service development with support from other experts.

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification
  • Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
  • Current First Aid Certificate Including CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis or ability to obtain before commencement
  • Understanding and knowledge of National Quality Framework and My Time Our Place Framework
  • Experience preferred in child care management software - training can be provided
  • Passion and dedication to provide the highest standard of education for children and their families
