Job Title

A highly skilled Coordinator is required to join our team in the Pilbara region. This full-time position will be based at our Perth Airport office, with occasional travel to client sites.

The ideal candidate will have a trade background in Mechanical or Electrical and experience working in Fixed Plant Mining Maintenance, with exposure to planning/supervisory of teams and strong Pilbara connections.

  • Coordination and engagement with Mechanical & Electrical site crews
  • Scheduling work to maintain consistent workflow

Requirements:

  • A strong background in a similar role within Fixed Plant Maintenance/Infrastructure Maintenance or supply services companies
  • Trade background (ideal but not essential)
  • Outstanding customer relations and people management skills
  • Enthusiasm to win new business, build relationships, and execute plans
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
  • High-level communication and negotiating skills
  • Sound knowledge utilising Microsoft Office Suite
