Clinical Research Leader

Role OverviewThis full-time, 12-month contract position will involve effective site management across high-profile studies, including site selection, start-up, initiation, monitoring, and closure. You will have experience working in a similar capacity, with excellent knowledge of clinical study management, international guidelines ICH-GCP, relevant local regulations, and the drug development process.
Responsibilities- Manage sites across multiple states, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and implement study protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Conduct on-site visits to monitor study progress, identify potential issues, and provide guidance to site personnel.
- Analyze data, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and contribute to the development of quality assurance plans.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (life science or equivalent qualification).
- Minimum 2 years of experience working at CRA level.
- Excellent knowledge of ICH-GCP, basic knowledge of GMP/GDP, and good understanding of relevant local regulations.
- Sound medical knowledge and ability to learn relevant AZ Therapeutic Areas.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solutions-focused mindset.
