Project Management Opportunity:

As a seasoned professional, you will provide site contractor management and construction expertise to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate site construction activities to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with contractors and their teams built on trust and open communication
  • Mentor contracting partners in all aspects of safety and risk management
  • Review and manage levels of risk assessment and implement necessary actions
  • Lead incident investigations and facilitate closure of action items
  • Coordinate project permitting and approvals as required

Requirements:

  • 7+ years experience in a supervisory role
  • Dewatering or mechanical experience beneficial
  • Shutdown experience
  • Previous Superintendent experience advantageous
  • General site permits - WAT, Confined spaces, Gas testing ect.
  • Project management experience in the mining industry
  • Construction expertise
  • Proven coaching and mentorship skills in all aspects of HSE
