Outside School Hours Care Position

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our Outside School Hours Care team as a Fun Squad Educator. This role involves providing high-quality practices to ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for children.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to make a positive impact in their lives. As a Fun Squad Educator, you will be responsible for interacting with and effectively supervising the children while working as a team to deliver a high-quality program.
Key Responsibilities- Acknowledge and support the unique strengths, needs, and interests of each child.
- Inspire a supportive culture of safety and safeguarding children in line with our values.
- Contribute to fostering a positive atmosphere where everyone is welcome.
- No formal qualifications are required, but experience working within the Fun Squad or long day care sector is desirable.
- Ability to respond to the needs of children to ensure high-quality fun meets agreed standards.
- Hold a current First Aid and CPR certificate or able to obtain.
- Hold a Queensland Transport Driver's Authorisation Card if undertaking Bus Driving duties.
