About The Role

As an OSHC Coordinator, you'll lead your own service, providing trusted before and after school care and holiday programs that support local families. You'll:

  • Design and deliver engaging programs for children years of age.
  • Build positive relationships as the face of TheirCare in your school community.
  • Mentor and support your team to develop their skills and growth within the industry.
  • Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep your service running smoothly.

Hours: 7:00am – 9:00am & 2:15pm – 6:30pm, plus weekly admin hours Monday to Friday only — no weekend work

About You

You are passionate about making a difference in children's lives and thrive on building strong, positive relationships. While experience in childcare or OSHC is preferred, it's not essential.

You Will Have
  • Completed or currently studying an ACECQA-recognised qualification (Teaching, Childcare, Community Services, or similar). Check for details relevant to your state.
  • A valid Employee Working with Children Check for your state.
  • Willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting, Relevant food safety & mandatory reporting certificates and a National Criminal History Check dated within 6 months.
