We exist to excite, engage and entertain children before school, after school and throughout school holidays.Role: Outside of School Hours Care / Childcare - 2ICLocation: Reservoir EastEmployment type: Full-time, PermanentSchedule: You\'ll work across split shifts, Monday to FridayTotal hours: 26.25 per weekResponsibilitiesBe a key leader in delivering high-quality care and creating memorable experiences for children in the service.Engage with the school community, attending events and assemblies.Assist with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the children\'s preferences.Foster genuine relationships with children and their families.Play and have fun with primary school aged children while ensuring safety and compliance with industry regulations.Support program compliance and contribute to service delivery in line with regulatory standards.Collaborate with the Director of Service to ensure you have the resources and support to thrive in your role.The Successful CandidateIdeally has previous experience in Before and After School Care or education; training is available if not.Thrives in a fast-paced environment and maintains a playful, positive attitude.Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals.Strong team player with problem-solving skills and a can-do mindset.Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children.Energetic, enthusiastic, and loves to have fun.Relevant Diploma qualification (equivalent or working towards) as per ACECQA standards.Perks & BenefitsWe\'re approved for the ECEC Grant: receive an extra 10% on top of award wage.Director Of Service Job Ready training to support career growth.Staff Discounts: up to 95% off enrolment fees at any TeamKids service.Wellbeing Support: Employee Assistance Program.Career Progression: high internal promotion rate (60%).
