Geologist Lead Position

As a seasoned Geologist, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of professional geologists. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to develop and implement project plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of professional geologists in the development and implementation of project plans and budgets.
  • Prepare detailed design recommendations for complex or unusual conditions.
  • Provide guidance and advice on SME's projects and operations.
  • Develop training programs to support staff growth and development.
  • Cultivate client relationships and assist in identifying, pursuing and securing new project opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Geology or a closely related technical field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Geologist.
  • Professional Geologist (PG) license.
  • Effective communication skills using the English language.
