Early Childhood Education and Care Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified professional to join our centre as an educator. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education for children.

Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and implement developmentally appropriate programs for children in your care.
  2. Provide leadership and guidance to other educators in the centre.
  3. Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  4. Maintain accurate records of children's development and progress.
  5. Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children in your care.
  6. Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Requirements:
  1. Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
  2. Experience working in a childcare setting.
  3. Knowledge of child development, learning, and behaviour management.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work as part of a team and provide leadership to others.
  6. A commitment to providing high-quality care and education for children.
  7. Current First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
