About the Role:

We are seeking a Merchandiser to work within an allocated territory, maintaining relationships with key retailers and supermarkets on an ongoing casual basis. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail, as well as an ability to work autonomously and physically.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving strong relationships with store personnel by providing exceptional customer service and fostering positive working relationships.
  • Negotiating promotional space to maximize product visibility and drive sales growth.
  • Building and maintaining quality displays in store that align with company standards and objectives.
  • Executing planograms accurately to ensure optimal product placement and merchandising strategies.
  • Submitting tasks and quality photos daily via smartphone or tablet to facilitate seamless operations and efficient decision-making.
  • Representing the organization positively and professionally at all times, upholding its values and reputation.

Requirements:

  • Prior retail or supermarket experience is highly desirable, but not mandatory for qualified candidates.
  • A valid Australian driver's license and reliable vehicle are essential for the role.
