About the Role:

We are seeking a Technical Compliance Officer - No Go Zone to join our Customer Services Group. This role will involve managing works in and around the No Go Zone, providing specialist support and advice to internal and external customers on asset locations, permits, and network clearances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and support to customers on asset locations, permits, and network clearances.
  • Manage works in and around the No Go Zone, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer queries and issues.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Certificate of Competency (Distribution Systems) or equivalent.
  • Proficient in the use of standard industry underground cable locators and application of VESI guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
