Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to provide ongoing support for our digital collaboration platforms. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the stability, usability, and continuous improvement of our digital tools used across the department.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing business-as-usual (BAU) support for SharePoint environments, including troubleshooting, site maintenance, and user assistance
  • Engaging with teams across the department to understand user needs and deliver practical solutions
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of site structures, permissions, and content management approaches
  • Maintaining high-quality services to the enterprise and supporting the development of business cases identified through our Corporate Digital Strategy

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Strong experience in administrating SharePoint Online and legacy SharePoint On Premise
  • Demonstrated experience with frontend web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery
  • Knowledge of configurable, out-of-the-box SharePoint capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work collaboratively with IT and business teams to ensure alignment with digital governance and security standards
