We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pavement Transport Specialist to join our team in Newcastle and Surrounds. As a key member of the asphalt production and delivery process, you will be responsible for transporting asphalt and equipment safely and efficiently to work sites.
About Our Operation
Our client is a leading supplier of construction materials, dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions across Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport Heavy Rigid vehicles loaded with asphalt and equipment to work sites while ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Perform general labouring duties such as raking, shoveling, and assisting in asphalt laying and site preparation.
- Conduct routine checks and maintenance on vehicles and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements:
- A current HR driver's license (essential).
- A valid White Card.
- Previous experience in asphalt or construction work (desired but not essential; training will be provided).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a proactive attitude.
