About the Role

As a Center of Excellence Product Specialist, you'll play a key role in guiding new customers on a journey to leave legacy platforms behind and adopt a new class of enterprise management cloud solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and driving short-term strategy for accounts, aligned with customer business objectives
  • Maintaining long-term relationships with customers and channel partners
  • Working with Net New and Customer Base AEs to identify potential sales opportunities

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 8+ years of experience selling SaaS/cloud-based solutions to C-levels in a field sales position
  • Experience managing high-velocity sales cycles, including prospecting for opportunities
  • Ability to develop deep product expertise and stay up-to-date with industry trends
