Our aim is to support job-readiness so our clients can be placed into meaningful and sustainable employment.We collaborate with employer partners, building relationships with businesses to support them in accessing the full talent pool of job-ready candidates, while embracing diversity and inclusion in the workplace.Job DescriptionThe Position:This role involves building new and managing existing networks within the community to secure employment opportunities for our clients, who live with disability, injury, illness, or disadvantage, to help them build better working lives.Ideal candidates will be driven, resilient, and energetic professionals with the ability to network with employers, build relationships, and manage accounts effectively.
Your personable approach will help manage employer expectations and foster strong partnerships.Key Responsibilities:Engage with, develop, and maintain employer and community networks to secure employment opportunities for clients;Manage a small caseload of clients, demonstrating empathy and compassion;Provide advocacy and information about atWork Australia's services, connecting clients and the wider community;Work in an energetic environment and embrace challenges;Make a difference and change lives every day
