Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced West Sector Supervisor to join our team at Southern Grampians Shire Council. As a key member of our road maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our road network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of road maintenance staff to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of road maintenance services
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure the road network is safe and well-maintained
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a staff management role
  • High level knowledge of road maintenance works
  • Strong knowledge of OH&S
  • Excellent time management skills
