Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of staff in the West Sector, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of road maintenance works.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to ensure the optimal condition of roads and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to achieve Council's goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with OH&S regulations and Council's policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with the community.
- Previous experience in a staff management role, preferably in a maintenance or infrastructure environment.
- High level knowledge of road maintenance works and a strong understanding of OH&S regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
