Job Title: West Sector Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced West Sector Supervisor to join our team at Southern Grampians Shire Council. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of staff and overseeing road maintenance works in the West Sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff to ensure the effective delivery of road maintenance works
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve road maintenance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Ensure compliance with OH&S regulations and policies
  • Provide guidance and support to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a staff management role
  • High level knowledge of road maintenance works
  • Strong knowledge of OH&S is essential
  • Willingness to be part of a team
  • Excellent time management skills
