We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team in Townsville. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales and KPIs, coaching and developing your team, and maintaining visual standards to ensure a world-class shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales and KPIs through daily and hourly updates to the team.
  • Assist the management team to deliver maximum floor productivity through effective supervision of team zoning.
  • Assist the in-store Visual Merchandiser to complete weekly visual direction.
  • Assist the management team with induction training for new team members.
  • Adhere to expectations set by management to achieve department priorities.
  • Supervise department team to drive a world-class shopping experience for JD Sports customers.
  • Lead by example and ensure supervisor presence on the sales floor to coach and motivate.
  • Supervise department replenishment.
  • Supervise floor coverage to minimize the risk of external theft.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience within retail or a similar industry.
  • You are passionate about creating an amazing service experience and culture for our customers.
  • You have a proven track record in driving and exceeding set KPIs and communicating well with all stakeholders.
  • You have excellent time management skills to ensure that daily priorities are executed in a timely manner.
