Our organization seeks a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team of passionate healthcare professionals.
About the Job- This role is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes, ensuring their needs are met and their quality of life is enhanced.
The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge of current clinical practice and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address client goals and objectives.
- Provide skilled nursing interventions, including wound care, medication management, and vital sign monitoring.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and coordination.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, progress, and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Australian Nursing Registration
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Manual Handling Training
- Sound knowledge of aged care principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
