Job Title: Business Operations Associate
">About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Operations Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our business operations research and initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage data requests and assist in study administration to support global benchmark studies and surveys.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop messaging and training materials.
- Analyze data to inform business decisions and optimize operational efficiency.
- Design and build practice management tools and resources for advisors and aligned firms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 1-4 years of professional experience in business operations or a related field.
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a big picture perspective.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
