About the Organisation
The organisation is a for-purpose community-based entity that makes a difference in the lives of people and communities it serves by helping them achieve the benefits of employment.
As a full-service employment and recruitment entity, it is a Disability Employment Services and Inclusive Employment Australia provider, a registered NDIS provider, a labour-hire and Group Training Organisation being the largest employer of trainees and apprentices in Geelong and Ballarat.
Reporting to an inclusive and value-driven Board, the Chief Executive Officer will nurture and expand stakeholder relationships across government, community, industry, and client groups, while spearheading new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
A significant component of the role involves steering the implementation of the Strategic Plan, ensuring robust financial stewardship, and delivering impactful community outcomes.
The CEO will be recognised for their ability to influence, advocate and build trust with diverse stakeholders, and for their strong financial and commercial acumen.
Experience working closely with a Board, coupled with a track record of embedding innovation into operations and strategy, will be highly regarded.
