About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Injury Management Specialist to join our team at WorkFocus. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in the recovery and rehabilitation of workers from our largest customers.

As an Injury Management Specialist, you will deliver specialist services and strategic initiatives to deliver optimal health and return to work outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining quality across customers as per SLA requirements in regard to rates, costs, and durations
  • Implementing services as per Customer SLAs
  • Coaching team members to undertake work in accordance with customer requirements
  • Completing internal and external customer critical case reviews to drive strategy and good rehab on all claims
  • Representing WorkFocus at public forums and on various committees as required
About You

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Qualifications and relevant professional registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC, RCAA)
  • Significant occupational rehabilitation industry experience
  • Specialist knowledge and skillset with a solid reputation and profile within the industry
  • Demonstrated experience in the delivery of occupational rehabilitation services and strategic management of a portfolio
  • Customer service orientation with experience managing customer service agreements
  • Demonstrated ability to independently generate referrals and build a portfolio
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience training, coaching, and developing others
  • Willingness to travel (car and license essential)
