About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, supporting injured employees in their return to work and liaising with Line and Operations Managers. As an Injury Management Specialist, you will play a vital role in facilitating and overseeing the injury management process, including assessing and coordinating return-to-work programs for injured employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate and oversee the injury management process, including assessing and coordinating return-to-work programs for injured employees.
- Liaise with Line and Operations Managers to ensure a seamless return to work process.
- Work closely with Allied Health and Rehabilitation professionals to facilitate optimal recovery outcomes.
- Utilize expertise in claims management to navigate and resolve complex cases.
- Travel to various locations throughout the Wimmera Region is required.
- Proven experience in injury management, claims management, and return-to-work programs.
- Possession of a valid driver's license is essential. A pool car will be made available for work-related travel.
