Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Support Professional to join our team in Goulburn, New South Wales. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the well-being and independence of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with complex needs and disabilities. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our clients. As a Support Professional, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients with physical and intellectual disabilities
  • Assisting clients with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Encouraging capacity building to enhance clients' current skills and abilities
  • Following positive behaviour support and care support plans as directed by clinical teams and site managers

You will work closely with our clinical teams and other support staff to ensure that our clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care and support. Your ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, will be essential in this role.
