Senior Education Support and Project Officer Job Description

This is a key role in driving excellence across our education portfolio, overseeing semester operations and providing senior administrative support to academic staff.

  • Oversee key semester operations including examinations, progression, appeals, results processing, and related activities.
  • Deliver clear, high-quality written communications and documentation while providing responsive service-oriented support to academic staff, students, and stakeholders.
  • Foster strong collaboration and communication by building effective relationships across the Faculty, with central units, and among all Education Support Officers.
  • Provide senior administrative support to academic and teaching staff, offering expert policy interpretation and procedural guidance.
  • Enhance education processes using feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate and contribute to strategic initiatives and projects advancing education services across the Faculty and in schools.
