ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Social Media expert to join our Cotton On team, working across 5 brands. This is a great opportunity for someone who is ready for their step up into a Social Media Manager role and continue to build their experience in an amazing team of Digital Marketing and Social superstars.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering on innovative social media marketing strategies that create brand awareness and help drive conversion across our social channels. You will lead your team to develop and deliver a calendar of impactful brand moments and ensure we have a strong social media presence that is globally consistent.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies that align with our brand goals and objectives
• Lead a team of social media specialists to deliver high-quality content and campaigns
• Analyse performance of content produced and identify areas of opportunity and growth with key stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all channels
