Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing research strategies to drive high-impact initiatives.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 10 years of professional experience in life/health insurance, actuarial science, or a closely related field.
  • Advanced expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, actuarial modelling, or risk analytics.
  • Proven organisational management skills, including leading administrative teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of influencing diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, translating complex issues into practical policy recommendations.
