About the Role

This role supports the delivery of payroll services by processing payroll transactions, providing advice on pay-related matters, and monitoring areas of risk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll transactions in accordance with strict deadlines.
  • Calculate entitlements for staff, including commencements and cessations.
  • Interpret and provide advice to staff on salaries and related entitlements, leave, and general conditions of service.
  • Undertake general administrative duties associated with the provision of payroll and financial services.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Australian citizenship.
  • Negative Vetting 1 (Secret) security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
  • Contemporary knowledge and experience in Payroll, Human Resources, or a Finance-related role.
