Job Overview

As a Financial Management Expert, you will work closely with senior decision-makers to provide insightful financial analysis and support. This role involves influencing business decisions, shaping financial plans, and providing high-quality financial insights to drive the company's future direction.



Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver effective financial management and advisory support to optimize business performance by providing robust financial analysis and timely reporting.
  • Support the Senior Finance Manager in working with key stakeholders to develop commercial financial strategies and projects, including scenario analysis and modelling, NPV calculations, and break-even analyses.
  • Prepare and present budgets and forecasts at each cycle, including analysis and commentary for management.
  • Manage the preparation of month-end reports for consolidation and global finance teams.
  • Develop and maintain local analytics and reporting tools to enhance financial planning and forecasting capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote best practices and deliver continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.


Requirements and Qualifications
  • A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for influencing senior stakeholders and leading direct reports.
  • Experience working with financial accounting systems and ability to interpret and communicate complex financial data is necessary.
