Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and expansion in the APAC region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Provide expert witness testimony and represent clients in high-value disputes and arbitrations
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing staff to support business expansion
- Maintain a strong industry network and book of contacts
- Demonstrated experience as a Quantum Expert Witness, ideally with experience of testifying and cross-examination
- Proven ability to secure expert appointments and build a pipeline of dispute work
- Track record in leading teams and developing new business in the expert witness or consultancy space
- Background in complex construction projects and large-scale disputes, ideally across international jurisdictions
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
