Job Title:

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in commercial landscape maintenance, with a proven track record of effective time management, planning, and prioritization.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including negotiation
  • Excellent computer and literacy skills
  • An eye for detail and a customer-focused approach, prioritizing client needs and expectations
  • Practical decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Current Drivers Licence and White Card
Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple projects, providing support, training, and mentoring to staff and apprentices

Develop strong relationships with field staff and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and meeting client expectations
