About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Social Media expert to join our team, working across 5 brands. This is a great opportunity for someone who is ready for their step up into a Social Media Manager role and continue to build their experience in an amazing team of Digital Marketing and Social superstars.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver innovative social media marketing strategies that create brand awareness and drive conversion across our social channels.
  • Lead your team to develop and deliver a calendar of impactful brand moments and ensure a strong social media presence that is globally consistent.
  • Analyse performance of content produced and identify areas of opportunity and growth with key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Degree / Qualification in Marketing or Advertising
  • Demonstrated experience in Social Media, ideally within a retail business
  • A passion for leading and developing a team
  • Proven skills in analysing data and reports relating to customer reach and engagement
  • Experience working with Omni-channel
  • Strong knowledge of Web Analytics platforms and data analysis tools highly regarded
  • High level of attention to detail with the ability to manage deadlines while focusing on key priorities
